Σήμερα εστάλησαν νέες επιστολές διαφορετικές από αυτές με ημερομηνία 15/10. Και στις 2 επιστολές αναφέρονται για τους τόκους και το τι ενέργειες θα πρέπει να κάνουν οι καταθέτες (συλλογή ,μεταφορά σε τράπεζα Κύπρου η μεταφορά σε Ουκρανία) Για το τι θα γίνουν ακριβώς οι προθεσμιακές δεν αναγράφεται σ αυτές (η δεν το καταλαβαίνω εγώ). Παραθέτω τη νέα επιστολή.
Dear Customer,
We refer to the above account(s) and would like to inform you as follows:
1. Kindly note that Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank “PRIVATBANK”, (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) intends in due
course to terminate its banking operations in Cyprus.
2. As a result, you are hereby invited to collect the balance(s) of your above deposit(s) and any other deposit accounts you may have
if inadvertently omitted from this letter (“the Deposits”) and all accrued interest as of the date of such collection, or instruct us to
transfer it to another bank account with another credit institution within three months from the date hereof.
3. In the event that you do not to collect the Deposits and/or you do not provide us with instructions for their transfer to another bank,
kindly note that the Bank may transfer the balance of your account to the Bank’s Head Office in Dnipro, Ukraine to a new account
that will be opened in your name. The new account will still be governed by all terms and conditions of your current Term Deposit
Agreement with the Bank, but it will also be subject to the relevant Ukrainian banking legislation, including the necessary KYC
information and documentation, and a different level of deposit guarantee protection, and the regulations of the National Bank of
Ukraine. In such a case, you will receive updated information with respect to the new account number and contact details with the
Bank from the Bank’s Head Office once the above actions have been completed.
4. Arrangements for continuing access to your Deposits through another Cyprus bank, in the event that you do not collect the
Deposits and/or do not provide us with instructions for their transfer to another bank prior to the Bank’s termination of its operations
in Cyprus, are being examined and if they become available, they will be communicated to you in a further letter. Kindly note that in
this case also you will be required to provide the necessary KYC information and documentation so that the relevant banking
institutions complies with the Cypriot legislation and the regulations and guidelines to commercial banks issued by the Central Bank
of Cyprus.
5. Should you also have a Current Account Agreement with the bank, we have written to you separately to notify you of the
termination of your Current Account Agreement after the lapse of the two months’ notice given in this earlier letter.

Αν και τα αγγλικα τους δεν ειναι και τα καλυτερα, με βαση τα υπογραμμισμενα παραπανω, αντιλαμβανομαι οτι και για τις προθεσμιακες (term deposit) ισχυουν τα ιδια.
Αν εχεις current account, στον κλεινουν. Για τους υπολοιπους εχεις επιλογη:
1. να πας να τα παρεις ή
2. να τα μεταφερεις σε αλλη τραπεζα στην Κυπρο ή
3. να τα αφησεις να πανε Ουκρανια (θα σου ανοιξουν αυτοματα λογαριασμο εκει).
Δεν διευκρινιζουν λεπτομερειες, π.χ. τι τοκο θα παρεις απο την προθεσμιακη (αυτον που ειχες συμφωνησει ή κατι αλλο).
