Millennium: Savings for all - question

I opened the account 20 months, the following have sent money to 11 to 14 transferred to the savings by direct debit. In 12 of the second that was never discovered the transfer and for 20 days I just 0,02 €. Today asked the shop told me that there is a transfer of the first month, while on the phone that is not the case and apotantho in store. KLEFTES? APATEONES? Or accidental human error at the girl kise not registered the command? And increasingly falling interest rates ..... (As the popular song says) and meis chasing dimes :-(

Something wrong must have happened. In my work as saying. The first interest is entered at the end of next month, assuming normal deposits from 14 the month began.
