So it's like you say ....
A few days ago I negotiated a number of other banks (note that the bank, my day expired ).... when I went to get my offered the highest rate I could get .... course in 2-3 days rates reached the levels that had been closed and I (the lack of liquidity that exists, certainly knew that there would be lost).
