Normally applicable limit of 100,000 euros. They passed two relevant laws: Law 3714 Article 6 on 11.07.2208 and n. Article 3746 9/2a on 2/16/2009 ( in text ). It revisit the comments below the article rate of interest 7.20% to EUR 100!
