I understand that reading the information, what matters is that you get the normal 3% applicable and subsequently a further 3% but which is independent of the normal return. That is if by 30/11 and collect the points you need do not you check and lost the points ...... The requirements given for the additional 3% are independent normal.
Actually indicate a separate check for the 3% will be paid at the end the program. On page www.abvisa.gr not speak for a minimum amount for the check.
