Dear Lady, As I am the same "investment" dilemma and I'm looking to find that the financial institution will give me the largest possible "short" rate, I would like to ask if finally visited KEDR BANK - as mentioned in your message - and what the interest rate (the "best" rate) to your last offer. According to the "valuable" information that gives us our friend Tsig, if I remember correctly, about two weeks before the KEDR BANK increased the 3-month forward rate of deposit to 3.25%. I would also like to ask you for the amount of money going to hang in KEDR BANK, as the final rate that a bank would offer each client strongly depends on the amount of capital invested in it (though of course do not you and you object to something). From market research I've done and I the Greek banks last month, I have found - to my surprise I'd say - that they do not offer a more or 0.01% above default rate based on the argument that "this is the rate that gives this program a term deposit offered by banks and thus the interest rate may change." Therefore, I do that KEDR BANK currently offers the best 3-month time deposit rate for any amount over 100 euros compared with other banks, except ASPIS BANK, which offers a rate of 3.95% for two-month time deposit (INCOME PLUS) but in excess of 50,000. I want to end my message to myself and assistance of the tropheus the fate of our statements regarding the issue of bankruptcy in Greece, even if our money are branches of foreign financial institutions as these operate within the Greek territory, inasmuch as these banks lie in the shadow of Greek law. But this one time as "counterpart", because not only branch of these institutions operate in the Greek market competition, but the same solvent and the other branches of Greek banks. However, my personal view is that the issue of bankruptcy of Greece no longer exists, in line with the most recent developments ... ... Sincerely, PS
