Purchased last Monday from the secondary market. The initial rate was 4.85% and the bank (ALPHA) gave me (in the official statement) 4.25%. But I found that the evidence indicated rate of about 3.7%. I returned to the bank to ask for explanations and told me that he had withheld taxes, and 4.25-10% does this number and will be refunded at maturity. On paper there is no mention of withholding tax or rate 4.25%. On the contrary. So I think duped and passed before the bank for further details.
